'I will always be one of you' - Suardi bids farewell to Kattegat after sealing Valhalla Rising transfer

The 25-year-old midfielder has posted a heartfelt message on social media after his move to the Romanian club "Valhalla Rising" was confirmed on Sunday.

"Il Capitano", as he was nicknamed, took to social media to thank Kattegat fans for their support after he spent three whole seasons with the Raiders, where he commanded in 33 matches, four Carpigats, scored six times and won two IV Division titles.

"Today I depart an amazing club and I'm sailing to a new one. I'm leaving behind a wonderful group of humans". 

"I gave my heart and soul for this club and I'll always cherish and remember this institution until my final days".

"The Einherjars have always supported me and respected me, and I tried to thank that respect and affection shown to me by fighting for them in every game. All my love will remain in this place with them and my friends I made here. I will always be one of you".
