Vapid 0-0 between Raiders and Cordillerana

Easter brought peace for each side to hold their positions

Peace, or we might also say an insipid 0-0 between Kattegat Raiders and Cordillerana. The guests showed their strong shieldwall at The Hall of the AEsir yesterday and the game ended in a tie.

"The day was pretty good and a huge crowd showed up to support the team, but, at last it was a rough day for us, the result wasn't ideal, the performance was quite good though, ball possession and several opportunities. We fired blanks, however, in the end we draw a blank", stated the German coach.

Thus, it meant a more insipid match for Ricardo Maciel who got injuried at the 30th minute and had to leave the pitch.

The Harasser's boys created a plethora of chances to score but were not capable to do it due to a great job by Cordillerana's keeper Rufino Rodas, who had an outstanding performance and was awarded as the MVP.

Galbassini pointed out that "È stata una partita molto difficile per noi, loro sono una squadra molto forte con una difesa molto solida".

Segura, new team captain commented: "We need to keep working to get the results we want, I know we can do it better".

Next league match for Kattegat will be at the Walking Stadium where they will visit Matanga FC who were beaten 2-0 against Pepito's and remain in the 7th position in the standings.

"It will be a tough match for both teams. They need to sum their first points and they won't want to let things like these. We must improve in some aspects if we want the three points there", said Roberto Bernardes to KATTV.
